About 3D4Art: Engineering the Future of Construction
The Vision
Our journey began in 2020 with a series of hands-on experiments, driven by a clear vision. We saw the construction industry struggling with systemic issues: a severe shortage of skilled labor, soaring production times and costs, and the limitations of standardized, monotonous forms. We firmly believed that 3D printing had the potential to shift the balance of power on the construction site and become the true engine of the industry's future.
Building the Impossible
Instead of just talking about the technology, we immersed ourselves in it. Over the years, we have built unique, record-breaking structures that pushed the boundaries of what is possible. Our portfolio includes:
The Mellya Cultural Center
A massive-scale public building and one of the tallest and largest 3D-printed structures in the world, which successfully passed rigorous state expertise.

The 3D-Printed Medical Clinic
The first medical facility of its kind to be printed and successfully pass state expertise.

The Extreme Climate Capsule
A recreational facility that proved the viability of 3D printing in freezing, arctic conditions.

The "Cat House"
A sculpturally complex structure printed in modular parts within a workshop and seamlessly assembled on-site.

The "Elephant House"
A complex architectural form printed directly on-site, which also served as a testing ground for our proprietary concrete mixes.

Mastering the Materials
Through these projects, we realized that hardware alone wasn't enough. We developed our own proprietary formulations for 3D printing construction mixes. We didn't just create the mix; we built with it, constantly refining our recipes to ensure perfect workability, strength, and adaptability to any weather condition.
Redefining Equipment and Infrastructure
We accumulated profound experience and a deep understanding of what true construction robotics should look like. We recognized the industry's common pain points: lengthy equipment setup, positioning errors, and the heavy negative impact of the human factor when an operator has to manually monitor the printing process.
To solve this, we designed and began manufacturing our own advanced portal 3D printer, the Robot-3D4Art. We equipped it with an intelligent control system, computer vision, and AI-assisted positioning to eliminate human error, reduce setup time, and ensure flawless precision.
A Seamless Digital Workflow
To bring it all together, we developed Slicer 3D4Art, a high-tech software specifically engineered for construction 3D printing. Unlike generic slicers, our software understands the complex rheology of concrete. It handles model preparation, generates optimized G-code, and directly controls our printer. The result is a completely seamless digital contour on the construction site, bridging the gap between the digital model and the physical wall without interruptions.
Weather-Independent Construction
Construction doesn't stop, and neither should 3D printing. We developed DomeGuard, a specialized, all-weather protective shelter. It is perfectly sized and engineered to house our printer, creating a controlled microclimate that allows construction to continue efficiently regardless of the weather—be it scorching heat or freezing cold.
